Listings, availability, prices, and property details may change. Confirm current details directly with DK Parker Realty. Downloading a form or viewing a listing does not reserve a property or create a tenancy, brokerage agreement, or approval. Rental applications, screening, deposits, pet arrangements, and leases are governed by the applicable written instructions and agreements. These website terms do not replace or change a lease or other signed agreement.
Private dashboard and Google Drive
The Owner Dashboard is for authorized property-management users. Only connect an account and manage records or files you have authority to access. DK Parker Realty Owner Files uses authorized Google Drive access to organize property documents and create exports. Review the requested Google permissions before consenting. Google’s own terms also apply to its services.
Responsible use
Protect your sign-in credentials and private tenant information. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, access another user’s private records, upload malicious content, or use the website unlawfully. Review selected files and destinations before moving, replacing, sharing, or deleting information. Keep downloaded backups in secure storage.
Availability, records, and backups
The website depends on hosting, authentication, and Google services and may be interrupted. Confirm save notifications and review saved records.
