Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026. DK Parker Realty, operated by Daniel Parker, provides real estate information, rental resources, and a private property-management dashboard at dkparkerrealty.com. DK Parker Realty Owner Files is the dashboard’s Google Drive document-management integration.
Information used by the website
Public visitors can view available listings and public rental forms. Owner-authorized users can manage property information, tenant contact details, rent, deposits, lease dates, pet information, notes, photographs, and documents. Sign-in information and session cookies are used to authenticate users and enforce access permissions. Hosting services may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the website.
Google account and Drive access
The Owner Files integration uses the authorized Google account’s email address and account identifier to confirm the connected account. With the account holder’s consent, it accesses Google Drive file and folder identifiers, names, metadata, and document contents to list, search, preview, download, upload, replace, rename, move, organize, and recoverably trash or restore property files. It can also read file contents for owner-requested backup exports.
The requested Google Drive permission permits access throughout the dedicated connected account. The website applies owner access checks and restricts its property file operations to each property’s configured Drive folder. Documents remain in Google Drive; exports and backups can contain copies. Private property files are separate from the website’s public Forms & Documents system.
Use and sharing
Google user data is used to provide the authorized property-management and backup features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. DK Parker Realty’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information is processed by service providers needed to operate these features, including Google for Drive storage and the website’s hosting, authentication, database, file-storage, and backup services. Authorized owners may download or share their own exports. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Storage and protection
Structured property and tenant records are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database. Existing website uploads and backup copies may be stored in Cloudflare R2 or other designated backup storage. Drive documents are stored in the connected Google Drive account. The website stores the OAuth client secret and refresh token encrypted on the server; these are not displayed in public pages. Access controls and encrypted transport help protect private records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, removal, and account control
Property and former-tenant records are retained for ongoing management, historical records, backups, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact DK Parker Realty to request access, correction, or deletion of information. Requests are evaluated against legal and operational retention needs; deleting an active record does not immediately remove copies from retained backups. Files placed in Google Drive Trash remain subject to Google’s recovery and deletion rules.
The connected account holder can revoke the website’s authorization through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future authorized Drive operations but does not delete property records, existing Drive files, or previously created exports and backups. Contact us to request removal of stored connection credentials or retained copies.
